Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) between you and EduGameGalaxy (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Math Fighter application and related services (the “App”), available on the web, iOS (App Store), and Android (Google Play). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Math Fighter offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Math Fighter PRO”) that unlock premium features such as Expert difficulty mode, personal statistics, and an ad-free experience.

Plans: Monthly and Yearly subscription options are available. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Free Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

iOS: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. See Apple’s support page for details.
Android: You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play > Subscriptions. See Google’s support page for details.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using Math Fighter, you agree not to:

Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in online multiplayer (player nicknames, chat).
Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate gameplay or leaderboard rankings.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Math Fighter — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, code, and game design — is owned by EduGameGalaxy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

6. Trademark

“Math Fighter” is a registered trademark of EduGameGalaxy. The name, logo, and associated branding may only be used to reference or review our App. Any other use of the “Math Fighter” trademark — including but not limited to use in other applications, products, marketing materials, or domain names — requires our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of the trademark may result in legal action.

7. Children’s Use

Math Fighter is an educational game designed for all ages. Children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) should use the App only with parental consent and supervision. We comply with applicable children’s privacy laws — see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduGameGalaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, and advertising networks. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
